Our vision for the forums is this: That every visitor, whether viewer or poster, will feel welcome and safe participating in a community where people respect and honor each other.

In the simplest possible terms, just be helpful and positive. Don't be critical or negative.

    FORUM POSTING GUIDELINES

    Be considerate.
Honor each other as human beings. If you have a pattern of dishonoring or disrespecting people because of who they are and what they do, rather than honoring them in spite of who they are and what they do, then you may have a hard time here.
Positive encouragement goes a lot further than negative criticism. Praise in public, criticize in private - directly with the offending party.
Don't gossip, defame, lie, make unsubstantiated claims, engage in libel or slander, or question motives.
Give people a break. Life is hard. Don't make it harder. These are recreational forums, after all.
Do not post profanity, vulgar material, or material intended for adult or "mature" audiences.
Do not conduct yourself in a way that intentionally causes distress, embarrassment, unwanted attention, or other discomfort to any other individual.
Do not post chain letters, spam, advertisements (except for commercial postings that are specifically allowed in selected forums), or other types of junk.
Do not deviate from the primary topic of the forum thread.
Your membership does not entitle you with rights to post whatever you like. Rather, it comes with posting privileges and responsibilities. You are an honored guest in our forums. Have fun with each other, but act in a way that brings honor to yourself.
This list is not necessarily exhaustive. We reserve the right to prohibit any type of conduct that we feel may be harmful to any of our site visitors.

    FORUM GUIDELINES

A draft of these guidelines was published here on September 25, 2016, and a survey requesting feedback from our Management Team and some of our early Members was conducted until earlier. An overwhelming majority of respondents (96% of 100+ responses) supported the guidelines. Many excellent suggestions were made and they have been incorporated below as long as they didn't violate the spirit of our forum vision to simply honor and respect each other, and to be kind and helpful.

Chair man created a new event Carolyn's Yoga Class.

    Carolyn's Yoga Class Open Event

We will practice yoga (surprise surprise!) for the majority of the class time and then introduce the series of minor and major energy centers called chakras. The word chakra is Sanskrit for "wheel" or "disk." Each of the seven major chakras has its own distinct character and relates to a unique aspect of our being. - See more at: http://www.mydearteacher.com/carolyn_yoga.html#sthash.ahDg6Kww.dpuf More
